DESIGN
The payload module is generously sized, offering abundant space, and is designed to safeguard precious cargo. It boasts a capacity unmatched in its class, allowing for the inclusion of more beneficial payloads or supplementary drive elements.

It can house a hydrogen tank for an optional fuel cell system. The payload module is available in a sealed version, with an option for a mechanism to open and close the payload compartment. We also provide the optional installation of larger wings, significantly enhancing the aircraft’s load capacity and extending its flight duration.

Navy version
The Tango™ VTOL drone’s maritime model features IP55-rated rotors for water resistance and emergency sea landings. It allows easy cleaning, making it ideal for water operations and CBRN missions. An automated system ensures secure ship landings. Its spacious payload bay supports various cargo, with optional larger wings boosting capacity and flight time. Propulsion options include electric, internal combustion, or hydrogen battery.

Cargo version
In the CARGO version, we have designed a specialized flap located on the lower part of the fuselage, which can be operated either manually or via the autopilot system. This feature enables precise air-drop or delivery of the packages or goods being transported. The release of packages or materials can be executed with or without the use of a parachute, depending on the specific requirements.

Modular Design
The drone features a versatile modular design, allowing for in-field payload adjustments without altering its configuration. Initially, you can conduct an orthophoto mission, followed by a multispectral survey. Conveniently, the drone fits into a personal vehicle when housed in its case. The assembly is straightforward; while two people are recommended, it can be easily assembled by a single person.
Full UAVCAN integration
UAVCAN is a protocol providing a highly reliable communication application via the CAN bus. Making communication within drones more resistant to interferences. Ground crew can also obtain more data from the drone in less time, thus providing more accurate aircraft control. The increased data flow permeability also allows for the reception of information regarding the operation of individual critical drone systems. Consequently, the operator receives real-time feedback on the functioning of servos, pitot tubes, rotors, etc. All this enables the operator to adequately respond to any potential operational errors.
Redundant power supply
We proudly present a new Carrier Board, designed and manufactured by ElevonX. The autopilot and all other electronics are all on a single secure circuit board. The power supply unit is double redundant in case of emergency.
Cable harnesses
High-quality harnesses are made in-house and are customized to meet any specification. The wiring is secured against vibrations, abrasions, and moisture.
Navigation lights
Designed for the drone to be visually detectable despite various weather conditions. These lights can be deactivated if the mission necessitates stealth operations.
Structurally optimized hull
Our hull is made in one piece, which means we get a structurally stronger body, a kind of monocoque. If made from two pieces, the joint is always the weakest part while there’s a chance that the joint doesn’t bond well and fails even when laminated. Mechanically and chemically it’s never as strong as if the entire resin is cured at once.
Prepreg (pre-impregnated) composite technology
Prepreg material is a composite of fabric and uncured resin, pre-impregnated to form a laminate. It’s engineered with a precise fabric-to-resin ratio, ensuring consistent properties in the cured composite, such as Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) and Modulus (the relationship between Applied Stress and Material Strain). This precise ratio mitigates the variability often seen in traditional hand layups, which can alter the final properties of the composite.
Optimization in composites
The best method to achieve the lightest components is through the use of pre-impregnated fabrics, or prepregs. These materials come with resin already applied to the fibers, ensuring optimal material properties. The precise fiber-to-resin ratio in prepregs leads to superior products, far surpassing those produced by traditional wet layup or infusion methods in consistency and quality. With prepregs, the design’s accuracy in terms of weight and repeatability is guaranteed to match the final product. Manufacturers provide detailed prepreg data, including cured ply density, allowing for accurate weight estimates of the final component before cutting begins. In contrast, achieving precise weight specifications with Wet Layups and Infusion processes is uncertain, often depending on various factors, which means potential weight savings are undetermined until the final parts are produced.

Flight controller with high-performance H7 processor and power supply redundancy
H7 has a Cortex M7 with double-precision (DP) FPU, 400 MHz CPU, A Cortex M4 running at 200 MHz, 2 MB of Flash, and 1 MB RAM, this Dual core architecture provides high performance and stable solution for flight. Fully ArduPilot and PX4 supported.
Situational awareness by integrated ADS-B
A 1090 MHz ADS-B receiver from uAvionix has been integrated into ADS-B carrier board. UAVs equipped with ADS-B can receive the altitude and location of commercial manned aircraft within the range. Using the Advanced Auto avoidance features within autopilot, ADS-B assists in keeping our skies safe. The system can also be upgraded with the ADS-B IN/OUT solution to report the drone’s position.
New sensors on upgraded IMU
A real-time triple redundant IMU system on the flight controller provides backups if errors occur, enhancing safety and reliability. Autopilot sports upgrade Dual ICM42688, and the all-new ICM45686 Balanced Gyro.
Temperature controlled and vibration isolated IMU
Sensors in autopilot are vibration-isolated and temperature controlled. With heating sensors to temperatures above 50°C, we can get stable sensor outputs through the whole operating temperature range (-15 °C to + 45°C).
High Precision Dual-band RTK Navigation GNSS
The system is equipped with the u-blox NEO-F9P L1/L5 RTK Multi Constellation GNSS module, which provides the fastest lock times and reliable centimeter-level navigation. Built-in dualcore 480 MHz/240 MHz ARM7/ARM7 MPU. Combination of our most accurate magnetometer yet and precision of 6 degrees of movement IMU has better performance in various applications.
